Network Resource IDX has realized the network connection with major domestic operators or POP access to make all-service access possible and meanwhile to provide multi-line access service of foreign operators including ATM, SDH, DDN, T3 and E3 based on the customers' requirements. The two sides of the computer room area of IDX are respectively built with a communication room. The core nodes of major domestic operators respectively access to different communication rooms through optical fiber with double-routing and double-node equipment, thus to realize, in a real sense, the redundancy backup of network access. IDX is directly connected with the core node of CTC and CNC by optical fiber. Cabinet area can be connected to different communication rooms through redundancy cabling system to realize the reliable network connection. For users to rent IDX computer room, two alternatives are available for network access application    IDX applies to ISP for users and is responsible for coordinating the installation and maintenance.    Users directly apply to the operators for network and communication service and IDX is    responsible for the access to users' rented area with the operators' equipment in IDX.
